Had our giant ash tree injected now for the 5th time (once every 2 years) and it’s still healthy and beautiful, unlike so many fallen ones in our neighborhood.

The workers who came out to inject my tree were very cooperative and kind as well as respectful to both me and my dog

Scheduling was easy to treat the only big mature tree in our yard as it’s an ash tree. I see neighbor after neighbors trees losing life and my tree is still hanging in there. So it seems to be working.

Massive maple tree structurally pruned and canopy lifted. Team did a great job on the scope! They also check with me periodically when I wasn’t certain on the canopy height.

I wasn't home when the root collar excavation/root collar service was carried out (I didn't have to be home). I don't know how successful it will be since results will take some time to be evident. However, I can say that I was impressed with how the workers left the area looking clean/tidy, which was great. Also, the tree was densely surrounded by my garden (a small circular area . of mulch surrounded the tree in which they could work) and I had been concerned that plants could be damaged. All the plants were fine, none damaged, which impressed me and I was relieved and grateful. I was truly pleased with what I saw. Thanks for a great job

Service performed. Not very good communication... After agreeing to service did not hear a reply back as to when they would perform the service. The time frame between the agreement and the performance was about 2 months which is fine but would have been nice to know so that after 3 weeks I wasn't wondering
