Our arborist is Christopher Titus and he could not be nicer! Gave us amazing info regarding our beloved tree including its history. His follow up service was on point, professional and prompt. We could not be happier!!!

Rainbow Treecare recently treated my Ash tree for EAB. They did a great job and the pricing was reasonable.

I appreciated the consultation about the ailing oak trees on our property (probable chestnut borer), the explanation of the recommended treatment, and the ease and speed of making it happen. The technician was friendly and professional. The cost was reasonable.

Rainbow Treecare provided a service to our ash tree for emerald ash borer. This is our second treatment and the tree seems to be doing very well. Eli the technician communicated by text with the approximate arrival time. Before the start of the treatment I had some thoughts and treatment questions. Eli answered them with professional knowledge and expertise. My experience with them has been very positive and their help gives me peace of mind regarding our ailing tree.

Easy to work with

The folks were helpful in explaining what was being done and why, and very friendly. They noted the soil around my tree was dry and left a free sprinkler attachment to help care for the tree.

Since I don’t know anything about the injections, I’m assuming he did a good job!

I have been having Rainbow Treecare inject my Ash Tree to protect it from Emerald Ash Borer for many years now, and again yesterday. I'm happy to say that it seems to be working. The tree looks very healthy. The technician who came was polite and friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. We've also had Rainbow cable our oak tree. Again, I was very pleased with them.
I would definitely recommend them for any tree work that you need. Great service.

Rainbow Treecare came out the other day and treated our Ash (preventably) with Emerald Ash boar protection. Their technician Andrew, was very respectful, friendly, and did a great job . We’ve had Rainbow Treecare come out for the last eight years to have the protection done. She’s still going strong. Very reliable company and great crews.

Have had them treating our elm trees for several years - they are still looking great & we have 3 of them.

Today, I mourn the loss of a giant Ash Tree on my property that has been there since I moved in 36 years ago. A sad day. THE BRIGHT SPOT WAS RAINBOW!! First of all.. the operator was super highly skilled using the huge, HIGH QUALITY "PALFINGER" machine used for the job. The precision to avoid neighboring trees, roof.. and angles was superb! Very impressive, Bill !! (I think that was his name...) He and his team left the place immaculate !! Not one twig, dead branch, no leaf - dead or alive - was left on the ground at all.. I think it actually looked cleaner than when they started! Amazing. The price was unreal and Alex Chapman, Associate Consulting Arborist should get a raise! I was committed down a path of saving this Emerald Ash Borer infected tree using injection and trimming out all the dead. Alex all but outright discouraged me from delaying the inevitable.. as he delivered the harsh reality that the thing would not survive another 2-3 years. Losing a tree like this is frankly, an emotional experience. His empathy, the main office leadership's guidance and the whole Rainbow Team deserves a huge round of applause!!! Don't call anyone else. These guys are the BEST!

We had our 2 ash trees treated for ash borer disease. The technician was wonderful and engaged us before proceeding. She left further information and instructions following the treatment. The communications from Rainbow are excellent!

Rainbow has been treating my ash trees for Emerald Tree borer for years. Always do an excellent job and keep the city informed that they’ve been inoculated again.

I had my ash trees treated again by Rainbow. This marks 10 year that I have been using them to prevent emerald ash bore and it continues to be a success. My trees have survived while many ash tree in the neighborhood had died in recent years.
