SEAN came to my door and asked if I had any questions and was it OK to go ahead and treat my Tree for Emerald Ash borers. I also asked him about removal of clumps of trees. I have in my backyard. He looked over the areas I want cleared, took pictures And contacted the HOME office. I literally received a call from Samantha so we could set up a date for someone to look at the area and give me an estimate. So far, we have not been able to communicate, but it’s only been one day. I’ve always been satisfied with the service I have received from your company!

Tree service has been good so far. Technician River was considerate of property & came to the door to check in, although we didn’t need to be home for service. They do a good job with communication. Previous meetings with arborist have been good. They are very knowledgeable.

I can't say enough good about Rainbow Treecare! We have a lot of trees in our yard, including 2 Ash trees that they've been providing prevention care for about 8 years, and they are disease free. They provide essential shade to our west-facing deck. Rainbow came back this spring to prune a couple of branches missed during last fall's pruning (or maybe just didn't do well over the winter) for no charge. Everyone we've dealt with over the years is unfailingly informative, pleasant, and careful and do a great job!

Tree planting crew took care when planting, cleaned up around the dig site and were very courteous.

We had a tree removed and several trees trimmed and pruned. The workers were very knowledgeable and efficient. It was fascinating watching them way up in the trees using the bucket and/or ropes and pulleys. And when they’d finished, you’d never know they were here! The clean-up was that good! We highly recommend Rainbow Tree.

The crew was very professional, friendly, respectful, and cleaned up our yard by removing the cut branches and placing them into a pile on our front lawn. A different crew picked up the branches the next day.

Jocie Anderson came out to look at the silver maple saplings that have sprung up all over my yard as a result of my neighbor’s tree producing a zillion seeds last spring. I was grateful for Jocie’s advice and expertise. She is very knowledgeable, having a degree in environmental studies and extended studies as an arborist. I found Jocie to be knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to visit with. 5 Stars!!!

this young man took care of our tree stump. Operating all the equipment on his own, took great care of the surroundings and did an excellent job. He made sure the heavy tractor and cutting machine was secure and locked down on the trailer when finished. Clean up was impeccable. Your company can be very proud of this young man and his excellent work performance

Rainbow Tree Service has been amazing!!!! Tim Beaudry is a wonderful arborist, and is kind and very helpful. He has helped my 83 year old mother a lot. I am very grateful for the professionalism, the competence, and the kind nature. Tree service is a big business in Minnesota, but Rainbow workers are very down to earth and actually help their customers. Rainbow is taking down our Maple this coming week, and we are so pleased in their work.

Rainbow Tree Care was the highest quality professionalism from the initial assessment of the large ash tree in our backyard to the, sadly for us, absolutely necessary removal. The arborist who did the initial inspection and assessment was complete and detailed in that assessment, pointing out a couple of signs indicating that removal needed to happen. The crew that executed the removal were efficient, hard-working and clearly dedicated to safety, judging by all of the "fashion accessories" they were wearing (helmets, ear muffs, safety goggles, kevlar chaps, neon vests/shirts). There was constant communication amongst them all and they were looking out for each other while also taking care around our small back yard not to damage anything.
It was a delicate, hard job in a rather difficult spot (my assessment, I sure would not have wanted to tackle this in such a small space!) and all of the Rainbow Tree folks accomplished the task spectacularly. Thank you. Recommend this company and its personnel without reservation, you won't be disappointed in any way.

I just had Charlie Kastern out to look at a tree that I've been very worried about. Charlie acknowledged my concerns and then explained how its successfully working to heal itself and I'm so relieved that I get to keep it! He also explained what to look for in the future that would indicate concern. It would have been more profitable to tell me that it needs to be removed but I know I can trust Rainbow to guide me in the right direction.

Jocelyn did a consultation for us today on a gigantic silver maple. She was such an expert, and it was apparent that priority One for her was ensuring a healthy tree. But she also was very fair and balanced about cost issues etc. Just really impressed!

Customer service was great, super easy to establish an appointment. The person providing the estimate was straightforward and explained the services clearly. There was NO pressure at all! The person who came out to provide the service (Emerald Ash Borer treatment) explained the service well and was friendly and professional. Very happy with the service!

Our ash trees have been treated by Rainbow Treecare for years and we are so grateful to be able to continue to enjoy these trees. This year, we reached out to Rainbow Treecare for help on our crab apple that suffered from apple scab last year. We were concerned the tree was toast, but they were able to recommend and complete a treatment and the tree looks fantastic this year! We also recently asked for a diagnosis on our maple tree. We've been very impressed by Rainbow Treecare and are grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, and services!
