Service performed. Not very good communication... After agreeing to service did not hear a reply back as to when they would perform the service. The time frame between the agreement and the performance was about 2 months which is fine but would have been nice to know so that after 3 weeks I wasn't wondering

I wasn't home when the root collar excavation/root collar service was carried out (I didn't have to be home). I don't know how successful it will be since results will take some time to be evident. However, I can say that I was impressed with how the workers left the area looking clean/tidy, which was great. Also, the tree was densely surrounded by my garden (a small circular area . of mulch surrounded the tree in which they could work) and I had been concerned that plants could be damaged. All the plants were fine, none damaged, which impressed me and I was relieved and grateful. I was truly pleased with what I saw. Thanks for a great job
