Reliable Emerald Ash Borer protection completed in a timely way..

Rainbow has been treating my ash trees for a few years. The employees are friendly and communications with the company are clear.

The folks at Rainbow have been easy to work with and have provided good information about treating our trees.

My ash tree was treated - I assume this is true since I received a report from the technician who did it.

We had our Ash trees treated again this year and our technician Isabel was very knowledgeable and personable. We have also had Rainbow take trees down and the crews are top notch!! Will only have Rainbow Treecare for our tree services!!

First experience. Matt came out for a free consultation re my ailing silver maple. Recommended a fertilizer type treatment. He also looked at several other shrub issues. He was friendly and professional. The treatment service was provided promptly - within a week. Hopefully my tree will be healthier. Time will tell.

We use Rainbow Treecare in an attempt to save some of our ash trees. They come out every 2 years to treat our trees. We live in an area that has been hit hard by the emerald ash borer. The employees I have dealt with have always been very polite and are knowledgeable on the subject.

Marcus and Nate are excellent arborists. They walked us through a very painful decision with our 300+year old Burr oak at the end of it's life. They explained the trees growing and aging process thoroughly and thoughtfully. Rainbow TreeCare has treated our property trees for already 15 year. They're easy to work with, great at communication.

The consultation with the arborist was informative and helped us make decisions and the team that arrived to trim and prune was experienced and organized. We had 5 trees over 70 feet that needed thinking out and deadwood removed. We had an arborist come out first to evaluate the conditions and provide an estimate. The entire process was seamless with great communication for the steps needed prior to the climbers coming out. When they arrived (4 tree climbers) they were efficient, polite, very professional and informative for any questions we asked. They respected our extensive plantings (no damage at all) and the clean up was immaculate. It was a great experience, I highly recommend them.

We hired Rainbow TreeCare to fertilize a couple of birch trees that have been struggling. Their technician came out within a few weeks to apply this treatment. He introduced himself before starting his work and then left a written confirmation of what he did. I appreciated the level of professionalism. It’s too early to know whether the treatment will save our trees, but I am optimistic.

SEAN came to my door and asked if I had any questions and was it OK to go ahead and treat my Tree for Emerald Ash borers. I also asked him about removal of clumps of trees. I have in my backyard. He looked over the areas I want cleared, took pictures And contacted the HOME office. I literally received a call from Samantha so we could set up a date for someone to look at the area and give me an estimate. So far, we have not been able to communicate, but it’s only been one day. I’ve always been satisfied with the service I have received from your company!
