Brooklyn Park Discount Program for Emerald Ash Borer Prevention
Emerald Ash Borer was confirmed in Brooklyn Park in August 2017. Like most Minnesota cities, Brooklyn Park has an abundance of ash trees growing on public and private property. As a result, the city has partnered with Rainbow Treecare to treat public ash trees in parks and boulevards. This partnership also offers a citywide discount for any privately owned trees in Brooklyn Park.

- Is your tree competing with other trees or infrastructure?
- Does your tree show no more than 30% of canopy decline if an infestation is suspected?
Most importantly, treating an ash tree is more cost-effective than removal. In addition, you maintain the tree benefits and value of a mature tree to your property!
