Tree Care Service Continues During Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Rainbow Treecare is in full operation during normal business hours to answer incoming calls, web forms, and service requests. Our team of experts is available to make property visits for consultations and services while adhering to safe distancing practices. Please note that while we continue to work, it is not business as usual. A core value of our company is safety. Therefore, we perform our services while complying with all CDC guidelines to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Steps we are taking to keep our clients and employees safe:
- One employee per vehicle
- Staggering the crew’s start times
- Virtual estimates and no contact property visits when requested
- Limited office staff in building
- Wearing face coverings outdoors at customer’s request
We will continue to monitor the changes around Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines from the CDC, the State of Minnesota, and the cities we work within. Additional changes to our business practices will be made as needed. We encourage all to remain safe and do what is best for the health of you and your loved ones.
