Field Foreman
Climbs large trees to perform and manage all aspects of pruning, trimming and removals. May also be required to prune shrubs and small trees. Must demonstrate superior abilities in all aspects of the job. Must be capable of working without supervision and managing jobs from start to finish. Supervise both small and large crew sizes. Extensive experience required.
This position requires a minimum of four years field experience and a thorough understanding of tree trimming and removal techniques. Position includes excellent benefits with medical and dental, 401K, flex spending and much more. Opportunity to work with a leading company in the Upper Midwest market.

Tree Climber
Climbs large trees to perform pruning, trimming and removal. May also be required to prune shrubs and small trees. Must demonstrate superior abilities in all aspects of the job. Must be capable of working without supervision and may be required to deputize for the foreman when necessary. This position requires a minimum of two years field experience and a good knowledge of tree trimming and tree physiology. Sales Team Member/Pest Technician

We are in immediate need of a sales team member that can also act as a pest technician. Responsibilities include; new client generation, door to door and phone sales, attend trade shows, and perform new customer initial services. The qualified candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and knowledge of minor home construction.
