I grew up in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, surrounded by beautiful Quercus (Oak) and Pinus (Pine) species.  I was always fascinated by trees beauty and functionality.  While in college at the University of Minnesota studying Environmental Design I discovered I wanted to focus on Arboriculture (the maintenance of trees). 

I have been an ISA Certified Arborist with Rainbow Treecare since 2005 and a Consulting Arborist in the Eastern Metro since the summer of 2006.  I love Rainbow’s attention to detail and continual pursuit of how we can better care for trees and, most importantly, our clients. 

I live with my wonderful fiancé, Brooke, and our Chocolate Lab, Bear.  In my spare time I like to landscape my yard, play softball, camp, and frequent the great off-leash dog parks in the area.  I’ve also become a big Twins fan since I’ve lived in the Twin Cities (sorry Brew Crew!).
