My name is Ben Johnson and I am a Consulting Arborist for Rainbow Treecare. I received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Urban Forestry from the University of Minnesota after transferring from Frostburg State University in western Maryland. I became an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist in 1999. I have worked in as a landscaper in New Hampshire, in the Extension Office in the U of M Forestry Department, as an intern with the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board, and in every capacity within Rainbow Treecare. My career with Rainbow started in June of 1998 as an elm injector. As I proceeded through the ranks, I spent two years as the national product representative for Arbotect 20-S and Alamo fungicides. For the past three years I have been a Consulting Arborist. My father was always involved in urban forestry and design and from the beginning I was raised to love trees.
