I began my career in arboriculture in 1993 in Fargo, North Dakota, with a local tree service company.  I then moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to work for my brother’s tree service, Arbor Care, Inc.  I worked there for about five years and credit my brother and that period of time for teaching me about arboriculture and getting me interested in the field.  I joined Rainbow Treecare in 1998 and became an ISA Certified Arborist in 2001.  I enjoy working with crews and interacting with our clients. I have two roles here at Rainbow Treecare, from spring through fall I manage our Plant Health Care Division, and during the winter months I am a Pruning Crew Foreman.  When not working I enjoy gardening, golfing, fishing, and spending time with my family.  My wife and I, have been married for 8 years, and live with our two children, Will (6), and Isabella (4), in Buffalo, MN.  I am also a U.S. Navy and 1991 Gulf War veteran.
