  Job Title: Inside Sales Representative          Department: Sales

  FLSA Status: Exempt, Regular                     Reports To: Inside Sales Manager

  Description: Rainbow Treecare is currently seeking an inside sales representative to join our sales team in the Minnetonka office.  This position will be responsible for achieving sales goals through introducing new service offerings to established clients, re-engaging past established clients, and helping the conversion of sales to new clients.

   

  Accountabilities include:

  • Sales: Follow up of proposed work to new and existing clients, convert proposed services to closed sales, introduce and propose new services to clients
  • Client service: re-establish contact with old clients, utilize phone, email and mailings to reach objectives, work with high
    understanding of Company products and services
  • Administrative: Capture accurate information for database updates, document client expectations, provide support to
    consulting arborists
  • Attend training and sales meetings

   

  Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone personality.
  • Ability to meet defined activity and goals.
  • History of working self-directed in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and self-start along with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management software and highly proficient in personal computers.

   

  Qualifications:

  • Education: AAS or BS in business management, marketing, or sales
  • Experience: 2 years inside sales experience

  Description:  Rainbow Treecare Scientific Advancements is currently seeking an administrative assistant to support the Customer Service and Marketing teams in daily activities. Provide administrative and project support for Management team members as needed.

   

  Client Support:

  • Assistin all aspects of the RTSA Customer Service position, including answering and directing incoming calls, placing orders and managing data.
  • Address client questions about orders, shipments and products as needed.
  • Ensure that client orders are placed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with gathering information for client credit applications.
  • Assist with identifying and managing client Leads.
  • Uphold the company standard in providing excellent customer service for the clients’ entire experience with RTSA.

   

  Marketing Support:

  • Assist with Marketing and promotional mailings throughout the year.
  • Assist with the organization of client seminars and field days.
  • Conduct web searches for marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Make outgoing client calls regarding promotions and seminars.

   

  Management Team Support:

  • Occasionally pull reports and organize client data for members of the Management team.

   

  Other:

  • Assist with company projects as needed.

   

  Skills:

  • Detail oriented and accurate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor in communicating with clients and staff.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  Job Title: Tree Climber/Pruning Technician

  Department: Prunecare

  FLSA Status: Full-Time, Regular

  Reports To: Pruning Manager

As winter approaches, we find ourselves with more work than we have employees!  We are in need of experienced tree climbers to start immediately.

   

  Accountabilities include:

  • Climb large trees with chain saws, hand saws and rigging equipment
  • Utilize hand and power saws to cut branches while suspended or positioned in a tree at high altitudes
  • Cut overhead branches, lower branches to the ground in a controlled manner
  • Evaluate tree for appropriate pruning to address health, environment and aesthetics of the tree, and the surrounding environment
  • Ability to identify hazardous trees
  • Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment
  • Safeguard employees and public from hazards in and around the work area
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients  while in the field
  • Ability to identify elm, oak, maple, and ash trees at the genus level

   

  Qualifications:

  The ideal candidate will have a degree in urban forestry or similar background and 2-3 years field experience. Class B driver’s license preferred.
